Description
We are seeking a Market Supply Chain Lead - Vaccines to lead market supply chain activities for vaccines across assigned markets within Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with global planning, logistics, commercial, quality, and regulatory colleagues to keep supply reliable and deliver for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Supply Management:
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of supply plans
- Support Regional Supply Chain Director in performance management
- Drive proactive issue management and escalation
- Ensure business continuity through supply chain risk assessments
- Accountable for On Time In Full (OTIF) service management
- Tender / Contract Management: Work with Product Teams, Commercial, and LOC to ensure supply proposal is executable and delivered as promised
- Demand Management (Bring the outside in):
- Work with LOC and Global/Regional business partners to ensure strong demand management process
- Influence commercial function on allocation adjustments based on inventory/sales projections
- Monitor KPIs such as Forecast Bias and Accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain, demand, supply planning, or logistics in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, healthcare, or a similarly regulated industry
- Practical experience with inventory management, distribution, and supply planning for regulated products
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience using planning tools or ERP systems
- Clear stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cold chain or temperature-controlled logistics for healthcare products
- Experience working in regional supply chain roles or supporting multiple markets
- Familiarity with forecasting techniques and advanced planning tools
- Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma

- Competitive salary: PLN 177,750 to PLN 296,250 (Poland), EUR 69,750 to EUR 116,250 (Belgium)
