Soho House Amsterdam is seeking dedicated Turndown Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. As a Turndown Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests returning to their rooms after a busy day in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for completing the evening turndown service to the highest standards, refreshing guest rooms, responding to guest requests, replenishing amenities, and taking care of public areas cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Complete evening turndown service to the highest standards
- Refresh guest rooms and ensure they are comfortable and welcoming for the evening
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Replenish amenities, linens, towels, and minibar items as required
- Help create a memorable and seamless guest experience throughout the evening
- Take care of public areas cleanliness
Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Primarily evening shifts from 15:00 - 23:00
- A mix of weekday and weekend shifts
- Flexibility during busy periods and peak seasons
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
- Positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Right to work in the Netherlands
