Our dedicated content localization team specializes in high-impact localization, including translation and subtitling, dubbing and voice-over, and linguistic quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee live captioning and streaming projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead the configuration and deployment of streaming infrastructure, captioning tools, and platforms.
- Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and compliance with live captioning and subtitling regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time during live broadcasts.
- Develop and implement workflows for integrating live captions, transcripts, and translations with live-streamed content.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, freelancers, and captioning service providers.
Requirements
- Experience in live streaming technologies, including proficiency in live streaming platforms and encoders.
- Knowledge of RTMP, HLS, WebRTC, and other video streaming protocols.
- Experience with CDN services for optimized content delivery.
- Familiarity with server-side and client-side streaming architectures.
- Live captioning expertise, including strong understanding of real-time captioning technologies.
- Experience with captioning tools and knowledge of caption file formats.
- Technical troubleshooting skills, including proven ability to troubleshoot audio/video quality issues.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance with live captioning regulations.
- Project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
