Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive to join our Netherlands Enterprise Account team to help grow and expand our Utilities and SemiConductors market segments.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work closely with current customers as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their outstanding company challenges and goals. You will collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities.
- Uncover a prospect's current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
- Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
- Interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods and tools.
- Continuously run toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
- Align with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Account Executive in the technology industry, with a proven record of success in identifying, developing, and closing deals.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce solutions, with the ability to articulate their benefits and applications to potential customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure new business and expand customer relationships.
- A results-oriented attitude with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious goals.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
