We are seeking a Private Banking Advisor to join our team in Menden. As a Private Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial services to private clients, including investment and credit products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services to clients, focusing on their individual needs and goals
- Sell banking products, such as accounts, cards, and loans
- Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and implement new service processes
- Stay up-to-date with digital services and features, promoting them to clients
Requirements:
- Completed training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification
- Sales-oriented mindset with good knowledge of private client products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
