The Digital Wealth Management unit combines the stability and seriousness of a leading private customer bank with modern, digital advisory approaches.
As a Digital Wealth Management Advisor (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of affluent private customers and providing holistic advice - personal, digital, and needs-based.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive advice and support to customers in the wealth management environment
- Offer personal and digital advice (e.g., video, phone, online channels) on asset investment, retirement planning, and other financial solutions
- Prepare and conduct advisory meetings using the MiFID-compliant advisory process
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and actively acquire new customers in the wealth management segment
- Collaborate closely with the team and internal specialists
- Actively utilize digital tools and contribute to the development of modern advisory approaches
Your Profile
- Banking or comparable education; further qualifications are beneficial
- Professional experience in customer advisory services, ideally in private banking and/or wealth management
- Good knowledge of investments and the MiFID-compliant advisory process
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and professional demeanor
- Affinity for digital advisory formats and secure application of modern digital tools
- Openness and willingness to learn and develop professionally
