We are seeking a Service and Sales Representative to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG. As a key player in our organisation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in our branch offices.
Your tasks:
- Provide advice and sell postal services and banking products in our branch offices
- Actively approach customers to offer them our products
- Maintain product displays and inventory, including recording stock levels and participating in inventory management
- Support branch management in implementing operational regulations and quality management measures
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have experience in sales or a related field
- You enjoy selling and have a passion for customer service
- You have a friendly, confident, and sympathetic demeanour
