Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Team Rehabilitation in Athens, GA. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide excellent healthcare for our patients, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent health care for patients, achieving good outcomes and high patient satisfaction
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility
• Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress
• Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury
• Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup
• Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function
• Determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long-term success
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time
• Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, with a target of 60 treatments in a 40-hour workweek
• Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development
• Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
