Howden is seeking an Insurance Advisor to join their Consumer & Local Commercial team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will have conversations with clients, listen to their needs, and build relationships to provide tailored insurance solutions. You will be provided with full training on the job and the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with clients and understand their requirements
- Use problem-solving skills to create tailor-made solutions for unique clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to find the right answers for clients
Requirements:
- Enjoy having conversations with people and building relationships
- Have strong problem-solving skills
- May be currently working in a sales role, but no previous experience is required
- Passionate and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ambitious and willing to succeed
