As Night Manager at Morrisons, you will lead, empower, and support our night shift colleagues. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will bring a proactive attitude to keep operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently through the night.
Responsibilities:
- Lead with care: Support and inspire your team to put customers first, ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for trade every morning.
- Manage your team: Take ownership of department scheduling, attendance, and resource planning so every shift is set up for success.
- Develop your team: Train, coach, and build confidence across your colleagues, helping people grow their skills and spot future talent within the department.
- Drive performance and standards: Work collaboratively with other store managers to deliver against targets, manage stock availability, and keep your department running safely and effectively.
