Description
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist to lead strategic customer engagements from initial workshops to delivery. You will collaborate with executive sponsors to identify high-value use cases, define project scopes, and ensure successful outcomes. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in agentic coding and LLMs, along with executive presence to build trust with C-suite stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive sponsors to scope projects, ensuring clear ROI and technical feasibility
- Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews to validate engagement viability
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) on technical builds, focusing on configuration layers and workflow optimisation
- Drive technical enablement and adoption, including hands-on training and playbook development
- Monitor technical feasibility and adjust project scope as needed
- Identify expansion opportunities and escalate product gaps or integration issues
- Develop reusable playbooks to enhance FDE organisational capabilities
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or Engagement Management with AI-production workflows
- Strong understanding of agentic coding and LLMs, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior engineers
- Hands-on experience with Cursor workflows, integrations, and platform configuration
- Experience shipping AI-native workflows beyond the prototype stage
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and scope high-impact projects quickly
- Executive presence to manage C-suite relationships and technical credibility to earn trust with engineering leads
- Domain expertise in financial services, insurance, telecom, high-tech, healthcare, or semiconductors is highly desirable
