Capital One's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Principal Associate, Recruiter to join their Professional Talent Acquisition Recruiting Team.
As a Principal Associate, Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and business leads to understand unique talent needs, manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, and provide consulting and guidance to Talent Acquisition teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating position descriptions, sourcing candidates, and negotiating job offers
- Developing and executing sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent
- Working cross-functionally with a team of high-performing recruiters
- Leveraging recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
- Sourcing stellar candidates using innovative techniques
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting
Preferred qualifications:
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting
- 6+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements
This role is designated as a hybrid position, requiring adherence to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence.
The salary range for this role varies by location:
- McLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900
- Richmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
