Description
Visa is looking for a Product Manager to join their North America Cross Border team. The successful candidate will help unlock international travel spend by supporting growth initiatives across issuers, merchants, and consumers, with a primary focus on expanding Visa Destinations, Visa's direct-to-consumer travel platform.
The Product Manager will translate cross-border travel and spend insights into innovative, actionable strategies that strengthen Visa's travel value proposition, deepen engagement, and influence cardholder preference.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the Visa Destinations strategy, roadmap, and commercialization agenda across priority markets and corridors
- Analyze cardholder spend, travel patterns, market trends, merchant performance, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and inform program priorities
- Support engagement with issuers, merchants, and partners to advance program development and activation
- Create executive and client presentations, enablement materials, and other commercialization assets
- Manage cross-functional workstreams, project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder communications
- Monitor program and partner performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree
- Experience in payments, financial services, strategy, product, analytics, consulting, travel, commerce, or a related field
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail
- Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate across levels and functions in a matrixed environment
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, and drive them forward to completion
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to executives effectively and confidently

Salary:
- Estimated salary range for this position is $156,800.00 to $251,100.00 USD per year
