Description
At Braze, we're a customer engagement platform that empowers brands to Be Absolutely Engaging™. We're seeking a Web Marketing Program Coordinator to join our marketing team.
About the Role
Our web marketing team runs several parallel workstreams: SEO/AEO, CRO, and quarterly web launches , supported by specialists and cross-functional partners. As a Web Marketing Program Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the connective tissue: meeting rhythm, follow-ups, and cross-team communication that keep web marketing coordinated and moving.
Responsibilities
- Run the operating rhythm: facilitate the weekly SEO/AEO/CRO meeting, keep web team standup mechanics tight, and capture requests and decisions landing on the web team.
- Keep the roadmap visible: assemble written web updates broadcast to cross-functional stakeholders and help prioritize incoming work with input from workstream owners.
- Groom the backlogs: keep AEO/SEO and CRO backlogs current, mark items done, capture new requests for triage, and flag when runway is getting thin.
- Track and chase: follow up on action items across workstreams so nothing silently stalls.
- Escalate with judgment: spot blockers and route them to the right owner.
- Deliver a weekly one-page status report to leadership.
- Support launch coordination: keep the quarterly web launch checklist moving and partner with BizOps on timeline and strategy alignment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a marketing program manager or similar, with exposure to web or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Web and demand generation experience a plus.
- Strong meeting facilitator who runs tight, productive sessions and leaves a clear paper trail.
- Excellent written communicator, especially in status updates and stakeholder summaries.
- Fluent with backlog and project tracking tools (Asana, Jira, or similar).
- Comfortable working across functions and driving follow-through without formal authority.
- Organized, proactive, and reliable, you notice when something is about to stall and act before it does.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation that may include equity.
- Retirement and Employee Stock Purchase Plans.
- Flexible paid time off.
- Comprehensive benefit plans covering medical, dental, vision, life, and disability.
- Family services that include fertility benefits and equal paid parental leave.
- Professional development supported by formal career pathing, learning platforms, and a yearly learning stipend.
- A curated in-office employee experience, designed to foster community, team connections, and innovation.
- Opportunities to give back to your community, including an annual company-wide Volunteer Week and donation matching.
- Employee Resource Groups that provide supportive communities within Braze.
