As a Lateral Entrant with Leadership Experience in our new depot, you will take on responsibility, lead a team, and ensure that our customers receive their deliveries on time.
You don't need a logistics background – we value your leadership skills, innovative ideas, and drive to move things forward.
Your tasks:
- Support team leaders in managing teams of drivers
- Ensure KPIs such as customer satisfaction, error-free deliveries, and additional sales are met
- Lead projects to make your depot more efficient and customer-friendly
- Guarantee that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with the Coolblue promise
- Identify early on when additional resources are needed for growth
- Ensure compliance with work safety standards
- Occasionally play a game of table tennis with the team

Requirements:
- Experience as a leader in any industry
- You know how to achieve goals and aren't intimidated by KPIs
- You live in or around Stuttgart and are looking for a dynamic role
- You constantly come up with new ideas on how to make things better and more efficient
- Experience in Last Mile Delivery or Lean methods is cool, but not required
- You speak fluent German and English and aren't afraid to work on Saturdays or early shifts
