Are you looking to take on a leadership role as a team lead in logistics? At Coolblue, you're responsible for leading a team of motivated delivery drivers and ensuring excellent customer service.
As a team lead, you'll be the first point of contact for your team and take ownership of your own team. Your goal is to make as many customers smile as possible with their orders and our great service. You'll keep an eye on overarching goals and work actively on solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular employee reviews, including development and feedback discussions, as well as occasional warning and termination discussions
- Lead your own team of 15-20 drivers, guiding and coaching them in their daily tasks
- Manage the distribution of employees among delivery vans and routes
- Ensure smooth operational processes
- Collaborate with other team leads and the depot manager to develop ideas for improving processes, using data analysis as a key tool
- Play a key role in selecting new team members

Requirements:
- Experience as a leader in any industry (lateral entry welcome)
- Ability to achieve goals and work with KPIs
- Fluent German language skills
- Willingness to work dynamically and adapt to changes
- Experience in last-mile delivery or lean methods is a plus, but not required
