Are you looking for a challenging operational leadership role? As a Shift Leader at our new depot in Tamm, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift. You will be the first point of contact on site, providing clear work instructions and ensuring tasks are executed smoothly, safely, and according to plan.
You will identify problems early, resolve them quickly, and work closely with team leaders, the Depot Boss, and other interfaces. When needed, you will also contribute operationally, for example, during bottlenecks, outages, or internal deliveries.

Requirements:
- You have initial experience in operational leadership.
- You are willing to take responsibility and can keep an overview even under pressure.
- You know how to achieve goals and define clear work instructions.
- You live in or around the respective environment and are looking for a dynamic role.
- You have constant new ideas on how to make things better and more efficient.
- Experience in Last Mile Delivery or Lean methods is cool but not required.
- You have a driving license class B.
- You speak fluent German and are not afraid to come on Saturdays.
