Description
As a Retail Representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing retail pharmacies within a designated territory in Guangdong - Shantou, China.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for key accounts and maintain a competitive market share
- Conduct regular store visits to understand market demands and provide feedback to management
- Organize training and education for store staff and pharmacists to enhance disease-specific knowledge
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and provide insights for business strategy development
- Coordinate and implement projects and activities, allocating resources effectively
- Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management and other departments
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (external candidates)
- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or pharmaceutical retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication, writing, and office software skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
