Packaging Sales Manager

We are seeking a Packaging Sales Manager to join our Industrial Specialties Division – Packaging Business team in Mexico City. As a Packaging Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supervising a professional and support sales team. You will define and coordinate executions of sales/customer/market analysis and report on findings to guide business decisions. You will also implement sales operations programs around reporting, analytics, territory management, initiatives, SFDC, and Commercial Management.

The impact you will make in this role:

• Provide coaching on key sales concepts and monitor sales activity to provide feedback to sales representatives.
• Develop strong customer relationships and participate in negotiations.
• Analyze sales results and recommend course corrections based on SFDC.
• Continuously drive sales support efficiencies, process improvements, and develop new skills and competencies.

Your Skills and Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales leadership roles, including talent development, performance management, and execution of commercial strategies (minimum 7-10 years).
• English proficiency: conversational level.

Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M office in Santa Fe, CDMX.

Travel: May include up to 80% domestic travel.
