Description
As an Area Pricing Specialist at 3M, you will lead area pricing processes for the TEBG business group and partner with Vertical Pricing Leaders to develop optimal price levers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading area pricing processes
- Partnering with business group Vertical Pricing Leaders to develop optimal price levers
- Activating pricing processes, including promotions, price conditions, and price changes
- Validating data quality using global reports
- Acting as an area resource for pricing policies, timelines, and tool education
To qualify, you need a Bachelor's degree or higher and three or more years of experience in data quality, pricing, or process management.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include:
- Certified Pricing Professional certification
- Demonstrated ability to understand pricing systems and operational pricing processes
- Strong understanding of how prices are lifted, calculated, and reflected in customer-facing systems
- Ability to work effectively under cyclical timelines and milestones
This role follows an on-site working model, requiring you to work at least four days a week in Maplewood, with possible travel of up to 5%.
The expected compensation range for this position is $109,202 - $133,469, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay.
