As an AI Solution Designer at Marks & Spencer, you will play a crucial role in shaping AI requirements into clear solution designs. Your key responsibilities will include defining and evolving reusable AI patterns and standards, leading design decisions across technical and business teams, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and resilient, and driving consistency and reuse across AI initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience delivering complex AI solutions end-to-end. You should combine a delivery mindset with architectural discipline, be comfortable getting into the detail of systems, data, and integrations, and be curious about AI with a willingness to actively use and experiment with it. You should also be able to make clear, pragmatic decisions and communicate them effectively.
