We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst to join our team at RBC in Putrajaya, Malaysia.
As a Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst, you will prepare and oversee regulatory reports, management analytical packages, and ad-hoc analyses for regulatory, audit, and management inquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and overseeing regulatory reports, management analytical packages, and ad-hoc analyses
- Supervising daily monitoring of capital, leverage, and concentration risk with accountability for accuracy and completeness
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining controls and procedures to ensure regulatory reporting compliance and quality standards
- Assigning work tasks, monitoring team completion, and managing workload allocation to meet reporting deadlines
- Conducting performance evaluations, providing coaching and mentoring, and identifying professional development opportunities for team members
- Reviewing and validating all regulatory reports and analytical work prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Escalating compliance concerns, risks, and deviations to management while maintaining audit documentation
