Senior FP&A Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the operating plan, supporting strategic decision making, and working cross-functionally on key initiatives that will help shape the future of a $1 billion Series D company backed by Insight Partners.

Responsibilities:

• Build and update the company’s driver-based long-term financial model, leveraging your strong understanding of key financial drivers to form the company’s operating plan.
• Provide department leaders with ongoing financial insights, analysis, and partnership on decisions to accelerate growth.
• Own the management of Glia’s financial planning tool.
• Prepare materials and narratives for Board of Director meetings, executive-level financial reporting packages, and internal executive meetings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of prior experience in SaaS FP&A.
• Strategic and creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Experience using and managing a company’s financial planning software platform.
• Extensive experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
