As an IT Systems Analyst Specialist, you will partner with BA/PO to analyze approved business requirements, workflows, rules, and acceptance expectations. You will translate approved requirements into detailed system requirements, technical specifications, and actionable technical tasks. You will also document system behavior, integrations, interfaces, data impacts, mappings, edge cases, and relevant non-functional considerations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing approved business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Documenting system behavior, integrations, and data impacts
- Identifying technical impacts, dependencies, and impediments
- Providing input into user story LOE and planning
- Validating delivered system behavior against documented technical requirements
- Creating technical documentation, including technical design documentation (TDD)
- Managing Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations and certificate renewals
- Serving as the primary technical liaison for clients during SSO onboarding
- Leading system configuration conversations for client implementation projects
- Facilitating execution of configurations and providing post-implementation support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred
- Five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience translating business requirements into technical or system specifications required
- Experience supporting system integrations, data flows, and application behavior
- Advanced systems analysis and technical requirements documentation skills
- Strong ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
