As a Telecommunications Analyst you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Telecommunications Analyst joining our team to provide unified communication services to our FAA customer.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze, maintain, and modify telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.
- Monitor the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors.
- Conduct studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommend changes as appropriate.
- Plan, coordinate and perform all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment.
- Test, adjust, and troubleshoot complex hardware equipment as necessary.
- Maintain records and prepare complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications and video systems.
- Provide end-user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Degree in IT related field desirable
- Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms
- IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- After-hours call-out support
