Description
Zscaler seeks a Principal Strategy Architect to join its team. This remote role within the USA involves partnering with Product Management, Worldwide Sales, and Engineering leadership to engage with strategic enterprise prospects, customers, and alliance partners.
The Principal Strategy Architect will establish high-impact technical positioning and executive alignment during the sales cycle, validate architectural fit, and demonstrate how the Zero Trust platform solves complex enterprise security and network transformation challenges.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive strategic account revenue by engaging with C-level and technical leaders
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate field feedback and customer requirements into strategic initiatives
- Deliver high-impact customer workshops and field enablement programs
Requirements:
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies
- 10+ years of experience in a solutions architect, engineer, or pre-sales role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead cross-departmental collaboration on large, complex SaaS solutions
- Deep understanding of SSE/SASE, security, networking, IaaS, SaaS, and AI technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency
- Public speaking experience at conference events
The base salary range for this full-time position is $199,500-$285,000 USD.
