Description
We are seeking a Senior Operations Technician to join our Production Unit Noord West team in Anjum, Netherlands.
As a Senior Operations Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring personal and process safety across all NAM locations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating and maintaining installations and facilities to ensure stable and reliable gas production
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Collaborating with maintenance technicians and suppliers to perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Conducting operational risk analyses and implementing risk management measures
- Providing guidance and support to contractors and maintenance personnel
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma in Process Operator C or equivalent, such as VAPRO C
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of operational risk analysis and risk management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
