About the Role
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £17.00 per hour.
This position involves 18 hours per week, including day shifts: Monday 12pm-6pm Tuesday 12pm-6pm Wednesday 12pm-6pm
Main duties of the job
- Assistance with ventilation.
- Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Helping with household tasks and meal preparation.
- Supporting clients to arrange and attend appointments.
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Good communication skills
- A genuine desire to support others
- Basic IT and record-keeping skills
- A full UK driving licence is advantageous
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
