Bedborough House in Radstock, Somerset, is seeking full-time Support Workers to join their team.
The house provides residential support for seven autistic males and females, and people with learning disabilities, promoting independence, daily living skills, and community access to improve residents' quality of life.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to residents' wellbeing, taking a personalised approach using proven therapies to help individuals move forward with confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans
- Undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents
