Fair View Lodge in Newton Abbot is seeking Support Workers to join their team.
The lodge provides residential support for three adult males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability. The team is dedicated to helping residents develop the skills they need to live healthier and happier lives in their own communities.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to the wellbeing of residents. You will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities to promote wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.
The role requires resilience, empathy, and the ability to support others through challenging times.
