Description
We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team at TaskUs in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our site, ensuring that all aspects of the facility are running smoothly and efficiently.
Administrative and Site Management You will be able to work with a diverse group of people from different cultures and nationalities. Your responsibilities will include soliciting constant feedback from employees, formulating programs to increase employee work efficiency and job satisfaction, and providing timely resolution to concerns.
Engineering Maintenance You will formulate and implement preventive maintenance programs for the site, anticipate equipment failure, and set up or recommend upgrades or replacements of equipment prior to failure. You will also be knowledgeable about industry best practices and latest technology.
Construction Management You will vet vendors, review and audit working drawings, provide technical specifications, and review computations as necessary. You will also be well-versed in construction methodologies and able to anticipate problems during site build-outs.
Housekeeping and Office Upkeep You will take the lead in implementing the site's housekeeping program, ensuring that the reception, operations area, offices, conference rooms, and restrooms are clean and orderly. You will also be accountable for inventory management and maintain a good working relationship with vendors.
Safety and Security You will assist the Safety and Security Team in managing the physical security operations of the site, help implement the safety program, and act immediately to correct any unsafe act or hazards that pose a risk to TaskUs employees.
Financial Management You will have proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy, and be able to formulate programs that contribute to the site's operational efficiency. You will also have in-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards related to Facilities management.
