Description
Spire St Anthony's Hospital in Sutton is seeking an experienced Bank Engineering Administrator to join their engineering service on a flexible working basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation required for the Engineering audit is up to date and filled in the correct location. They will also be required to support the Facilities Manager in ensuring all Facilities policies are up to date, upload relevant information onto Pirana, and maintain facilities trackers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar administration role, knowledge of building services, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should be able to prioritise demands against resources, develop objectives in line with corporate/local business plans, and negotiate service levels and local contracts with external suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Engineering audits
- Ensure HS21 contractor documentation is current and properly signed off
- Support the Facilities Manager with policy updates
- Upload information to Pirana and maintain facilities trackers
- Coordinate with the Equipment Coordinator to ensure medical equipment upkeep
- Record and schedule new equipment and services for planned maintenance
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Knowledge of building services
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and negotiate with suppliers
- Desirable: healthcare knowledge
