Spire Dunedin Hospital in Reading is seeking a Bank Housekeeper to join their team.
As a Bank Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented environment across the hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Complete cleaning schedules and housekeeping duties during each shift.
- Prepare rooms and hospital areas to the required standard.
- Clean and maintain patient bedrooms, offices, and public areas.
- Maintain visitor facilities and public toilets.
- Support housekeeping requirements across hospital departments.
- Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Follow all Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
- Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role when required.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities experience is essential.
- Previous experience within a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
- No formal qualifications are required as full training will be provided.
- Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety regulations would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to use your own initiative.
