Description
Technical Product Manager focused on network ecosystem integrations with Cisco IQ. This role will work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify integration use cases, prioritize based on customer and partner value, and develop proof of concept demos using real-world use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain technical responsibility of integrations with Cisco IQ, including the use cases and demos that show how Cisco IQ connects to network operations workflows.
- Work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify integration use cases that connect Cisco IQ with network operations workflows and third-party tools.
- Prioritize integration demos based on impact to customer and partner value, and provide recommendations for functionality improvements based on that feedback.
- Develop integration demos that show how Cisco IQ can be used with APIs, MCPs, and network automation to improve network operations.
- Engage in technical discussions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to demonstrate integration use cases and gather feedback.
- Guide the creation of field and stakeholder collateral, including integration demos and methodology documents, that show how Cisco IQ integrates with network operations tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Strong background with APIs, MCPs, network automation, and knowledge of network operations toolsets.
