Description
As a member of Anthropic's Applied AI, Democratic Partnerships team, you will provide technical support to governments of key international allies and civil-sector partners to enhance democratic resilience.
You will collaborate with various teams to help partners build, integrate, and deploy Claude, explaining complex AI topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working directly with partner technical teams to build and ship Claude deployments
- Developing pilots and workflows scalable across partner agencies
- Documenting Claude deployment in challenging environments
- Acting as a liaison between partners and Anthropic's Product and Research teams
- Traveling internationally for technical enablement and relationship-building
- Leading the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative AI solutions
- Supporting deployments in areas like education, cyber resiliency, and global health
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in roles like Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Solutions Architect
- Experience with software deployment in imperfect conditions
- Ability to design innovative solutions for technical platforms
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The annual compensation range for this role is $240,000-$315,000 USD.
