Mastercard is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager (Managing Consultant) to lead project delivery for the Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) Global Facility India (GFI).
The role involves managing relations with ACD colleagues globally, responding to inquiries, and maintaining regular communication throughout every project delivery lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving creative briefs, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that all project deliverables reach the stakeholder on time
- Communicating with internal colleagues in ACD, Marketing Services colleagues, and other members of the creative team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Understanding clients' business needs and identifying effective solutions and opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to further grow and optimize ACD and the GFI
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience as a marketing, project, or creative account manager
- Strong business growth mindset, with experience or interest in creative or marketing
- Proven project and stakeholder management experience
- Experience with client management and collaborating with sales
- Skilled at working under pressure
- Bachelor's degree qualified, with postgraduate qualifications desirable
