Description
As a Process Engineer at 3M in Varnamo, Sweden, you will have the opportunity to use your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and versatile people around the world.
You will make a difference by:
- Leading EHS activities
- Leading the implementation of SKUs, creating BOMs, and more
- Participating in Kaizen events
- Participating in projects to improve safety, quality, productivity, service, and costs
- Actively participating in daily operations
- Supporting production daily by creating and updating standardized work, work procedures, and test methods
To succeed in this role, you need:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial economics/production technology
- Or equivalent experience in engineering/manufacturing/EHS or relevant/equivalent work experience
Additional skills that will help you succeed in this role include:
- Experience with EHS and compliance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience leading teams and activities from planning to completion
- Proactive work style with the ability to develop processes and projects
- Excellent English and Swedish language skills
This is a full-time, on-site role, where you will work at least four days a week in the Varnamo office.
