Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Glasgow Fort, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store
This is a part-time, flexible role, requiring early morning shifts (06:00-10:00) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
