- Developing and coaching team leaders to elevate their skills and expertise
- Establishing a culture of accountability and safety
Requirements:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to manage conflict and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
