Description

We are seeking a Merchandising Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising department, you will play an active role in developing and enhancing our official collections.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing collections: contributing to product strategy definition and implementation, identifying target consumers, designing new products, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring responsible practices.
  • Managing product performance and optimising stock levels: analysing sales results, providing recommendations to improve sales and profitability, and monitoring stock levels.
  • Supporting commercial teams: updating product catalogues, creating merchandising recommendations, and assisting stores with their daily needs.
  • Market research and development: conducting market research, identifying trends, and benchmarking to detect new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Higher education diploma (Bac +4/5) in international trade, purchasing, marketing, or equivalent.
  • Ideally, previous experience in merchandising, retail, purchasing, or project management in the consumer goods sector.
  • Experience in supplier sourcing, tender management, or purchasing negotiations is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
