We are seeking a Guest Relation representative to join our team at the Novotel Paris Les Halles, a modern and elegant 4-star hotel located in the heart of Paris.
As a Guest Relation representative, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a charismatic presence in our hotel's public areas, including the lobby, bar, restaurant, and patio.
- Ensuring that every guest receives a personalised and attentive welcome.
- Offering bespoke services to create emotional connections with our guests and make their stay unforgettable.
- Building relationships with our guests to understand and meet their needs.
- Promoting our hotel's services and amenities to guests.
- Anticipating and resolving any potential issues or complaints.
- Collaborating with our reception and reservations teams to prepare for guest arrivals.
- Overseeing VIP guest rooms and providing special touches.
- Monitoring guest feedback and reporting it to management.
- Supporting our reception and restaurant teams during busy periods.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Ideally hold a hospitality-related diploma or have equivalent experience.
- Have previous experience in a similar role at a high-end establishment.
- Be sociable, with excellent communication skills and a warm demeanour.
- Be fluent in English, with proficiency in another language (such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or German) being an asset.
- Possess computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and OPERA CLOUD.
