We are seeking experienced lawyers (m/f/d) in Employment Law to support our teams in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, or Munich.
As a lawyer in our Employment Law team, you will work on a wide range of projects, from large-scale reorganisations to mergers and acquisitions, and complex court proceedings.
Key areas of focus include:
- Corporate and business restructurings
- Transaction-related advice on corporate restructuring and M&A processes
- Collective employment law, including employee participation, SE participation, and European Works Council
- Employment law compliance
- Occupational pension schemes
- Representation before labour courts and in disputes with organs before regular courts
- Management and board matters
- Design of remuneration systems, particularly in regulated industries
