Join TransPerfect Legal Solutions as a Production Manager in Philadelphia, PA. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed according to company quality standards, client job specifications, and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all projects are completed according to company quality standards, client job specifications, and deadlines
- Supervise full-time and part-time staff
- Work under pressure and make sound decisions
- Coach and counsel staff members
- Assign personnel, equipment operation, and workflow
- Maintain a clean and well-organized production center
- Facilitate resolution of issues concerning project specifications or deadlines
- Communicate with Client Services team throughout the shift
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience supervising staff in a similar field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate individuals and groups
- Mathematical functions relative to business operations
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience with litigation imaging application Law by LexisNexis
- Computer competency
- Knowledge of PDF, Excel, Word (preferred)
