Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain quality dashboards, including throughput, accuracy, error mix, and trend lines, and share concise summaries.
  • Perform sampling and guideline-adherence checks, logging defects with categorization and severity.
  • Track corrective actions to closure, verifying re-tests and documenting outcomes.
  • Coordinate training sessions and refreshers, managing attendance and quick assessments.
  • Keep guidelines, SOPs, and rubrics current and version-controlled, managing release notes.
  • Prepare client-ready exports, including tables and charts, with consistent formatting and footnotes.
  • Liaise with PMs and Ops to align timelines and inputs for reporting and audits.
  • Manage access requests and permissions for QA tools and folders.
  • Support vendor coordination, including checklists, SLAs, and documentation requests.
  • Identify minor process gaps and suggest simple fixes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or a related language field is strongly preferred; degrees in Quality, Operations, Business, or Data/Engineering are also considered, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Skills

  • Organization across multiple small workstreams and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and PMs.
  • Good use of spreadsheets and task boards; basic BI familiarity is a plus.
  • Applies SOPs and QA checks consistently and escalates risks early.
  • Operates independently day-to-day in a remote environment.
