Description
We are looking for an inspiring Senior VM & Store Design Manager to lead the MEA VM and Store Design team. You will be responsible for creating a magic retail environment and driving the VM & Store Design strategy across the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the MEA VM and Store Design team to implement regional visual merchandising plans
- Executing VM elements for retailer & country launches
- Collaborating with global VM and Store Design teams
- Working across cross-functional departments to deliver in-store executions
- Leading clear processes within the MEA team to ensure a 'world class' delivery
- Focusing on team development, project execution, and engagement
- Driving project management capabilities and efficiencies
- Managing budget and external suppliers
Requirements:
- Extensive Visual Merchandising and Store Design leadership experience in the beauty category
- Creative and design background
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong team leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of the beauty market
- Highly proficient in Adobe Design Software and Office suite
- Strong organization, follow-up, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
