As an Account Executive - Direct Sales, you will be part of the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team, responsible for offering payment processing solutions to local businesses. You will educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions with long-term residuals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
- Educating business owners on cost-saving and transaction streamlining
- Closing deals to earn activation bonuses and commissions
- Working independently with full support and training

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
