Description
As a Lead Fulfillment Associate at ShipBob, you will be part of a team that delivers an incredible experience for customers every day. You will work in one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other duties as required. Your responsibilities will include ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.
You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and you will be required to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk continuously during long shifts, bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently. You will need to be able to adapt to change quickly, be extremely detail-oriented, and have the ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on the shift, and a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, 401K matching, weekly paychecks with paid overtime eligibility, and paid time off and sick time off.
