Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to help launch our brand new warehouse in Bethlehem, PA in June 2026.
As a Warehouse Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for associates within your department, providing guidance and training on company best practices. You will ensure associate adherence to proper methods and safety standards, communicate effectively, and address problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a lead in a specific department with flexibility to move to other departments as needed
- Guiding and training current and new employees on warehouse guidelines and procedures
- Promoting a positive team-oriented environment and leading by example
- Overseeing daily assigned areas and enforcing compliance and high-quality standards
- Auditing proactively to detect and solve problems
- Communicating respectfully and effectively with associates
- Identifying training deficiencies and working with associates to improve accuracy
- Maintaining confidentiality and assisting on the floor in other areas when needed
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Strong problem-solving and motivational skills
- Approachable, welcoming, and friendly
- At least 1 year of experience in a quality, lead, or training role
- Dependable and punctual
- Sharp attention to detail
- Hands-on and solution-oriented with ability to multitask
- Flexible and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Computer experience including Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets
Physical requirements:
- Standing/walking for up to 10-12 hours
- Regularly bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use a pallet jack and push/pull carts
