We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our 3rd shift team at our North Las Vegas warehouse. As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of warehouse associates to achieve productivity and efficiency goals
- Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Analyze and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and improve performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems
