As a Housekeeper at Ibis BH Liberdade, you will be responsible for cleaning, tidying, and organising rooms and common areas to the brand's quality standards. Your goal will be to provide a unique and unforgettable experience for guests, placing them at the heart of everything you do.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy rooms and common areas, following safety norms and standard operating procedures.
- Use personal protective equipment and cleaning materials correctly.
- Prepare trolleys with necessary items for work.
- Check room equipment and report maintenance issues.
- Handle lost items according to procedure.
- Share guest preferences to personalise services.
- Represent the brand's values and participate in service culture actions.
- Follow sustainable practices for water, energy, and product usage.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Completed primary education.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping.
Preferred qualifications:
- Completed secondary education.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their use.
- Experience in the field.
